Industrial Water Storage Tanks

Underground Water Storage Tanks

INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES often require large volumes of clean, clear water for washing, cooling, spill control, and flushing functions in commercial / industrial applications.

Underground water storage tanks are used in food processing and pharmaceutical plants to store collected wash down water prior to discharge water quality testing.  This water must be detained in a tank for a period and then discharged under specific water quality or volume guidelines

Municipalities often require that processed wastewater be stored and pretreated to an acceptable level before allowing this water into their sanitary sewer system.  High volume water discharges may have to be held and released after midnight when treatment plant capacity is available.
